"Pipeline" View of Referrals Across Facilities
Users can see a "pipeline" of patient referrals across multiple facilities. The list may be filtered based on status, clinical assessment program, or assigned facility.
Capture Referrals in the Field for Instant Review in the Office
Referral information can be captured in web-based by forms by a remote workforce using laptops or tablets. Information includes patient demographics, referrer data and financials, and can be customized during implementation at no additional cost.
Once data is captured by your remote workforce, Admission review staff in each of your facilities can review, confirm coverage and validate medical appropriateness.
Document the Process
Clinical, Financial and Operational Readiness can all be tracked and reported on seperately. At any point everyone can see exactly where the patient is in the overall evaluation. And all Statuses are available for real time reporting.
At any time, designated users can close or pre-admit the patient. The system will never tell you who you can or can not admit - the decision always stays with your admitting team.
