Vindicet Patient Match comes with pre-defined assessments that gather information on Patient Demographics, Referring Hospitals, Clinical Background, Payer Information and more. In addition you create and manage your own assessments to collect whatever other information you need.

Does the product come pre-loaded with clinical criteria?

Our product comes pre-loaded with clinical criteria for General Screening, Complex Medical, Complex Respiratory, General Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioral. These can be used 'as-is' or we can work with your clinical assessment team during implementation to tailor the programs or create new programs as needed.

What do we need to run this solution?

Vindicet Patient Match is a .Net web-based portal. A Windows-based client application is also available to use in instances where an Internet connection might not be available. We offer our clients hosting, or the application can be hosted internally by you.

How manu users can be on the system?

We think it is important that you be able to include whomever you think is required in order to make a well informed admission decision. Licensing is based on number and type of facility. Within each facility you can have as many users as you wish access the system.

Can I integrate this system with my EMR?

Vindicet Patient Match can operate as a standalone application with no need to interface with your existing EMR or HIS, or it may optionally be integrated with your EMR via the open source interface engine, MIRTH.

How quickly can you implement Vindicet Patient Match?

A typical implementation can be completed in as little as 4 weeks and requires little if any involvement of your IT resources. Implementation includes entry of your admission criteria, application setup and end user training. All implementation costs, as well as support, are included in the cost of subscription.
